Terms of Service
Effective date: April 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and LeadRallyPros ("we," "us," "our") when you buy, subscribe to, or otherwise use any of our services. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use our services.
1. The agreement
By purchasing a service, signing up for a subscription, or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you're buying for.
2. What we provide
LeadRallyPros offers a handful of productized services for local service businesses:
One-time setups
- Starter Funnel ($99): One-page landing page, lead form, instant notifications, basic CRM connection.
- Pro System ($199): Everything in Starter, plus a white-labeled CRM at your own subdomain, automated SMS/email follow-up, and basic automation flows.
Monthly management (optional, cancel anytime)
- Essentials ($49/mo): Hosting, uptime monitoring, form health checks, monthly lead-flow report, email support.
- Growth ($99/mo): Everything in Essentials, plus monthly A/B tests, follow-up optimization, GBP and review automations, priority text support.
- Scale ($499/mo): Everything in Growth, plus Google/Meta ad management (ad spend not included), weekly performance reviews, new landing pages on request, and a monthly coaching call.
The specific deliverables for each tier are the ones described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may improve, change, or expand our services from time to time.
3. Payment & billing
How we charge
All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide.
One-time setups
Setup fees are billed in full at the time of purchase. We begin work after payment clears. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days after we receive your onboarding details.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly cycle starting the day you subscribe. Each renewal charges the same payment method used at signup.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry for a few days. If payment can't be collected, we'll pause service until the balance is resolved. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
Taxes
Prices shown don't include sales tax. Applicable state and local taxes (including Texas sales tax where required) are added at checkout.
4. Refund policy
One-time setups
If you're unhappy with a Starter Funnel or Pro System build, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll revise it until it's right. If we can't make you happy within a reasonable back-and-forth, we'll refund the setup fee in full minus a $25 processing fee to cover Stripe costs and admin time.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-month, you retain service through the end of the period and are not charged again.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — we'd rather solve the problem directly. Chargebacks made without a good-faith attempt to resolve issues with us may result in a ban from future services.
5. Your responsibilities
To deliver our services, we need you to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Give us timely feedback, logins, and access to accounts we need (Google Business Profile, domain registrar, etc.)
- Only use our services for legal business purposes
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
- Comply with the policies of third-party platforms we connect you to (Meta, Google, Stripe, etc.)
6. Intellectual property
What you own
Once you've paid for a setup in full, you own the final deliverables we built for you: your landing page content, your lead data, your domain, and your CRM records. You can take them with you if you ever stop working with us.
What we own
We retain ownership of our templates, frameworks, CRM software, automation patterns, brand assets, and the proprietary systems we use to build client projects. You're granted a license to use what we build for your business, but you can't resell our templates or frameworks as your own product.
Case studies
We may mention you in case studies, testimonials, or marketing materials (business name, general results). If you'd prefer we didn't, just let us know in writing and we'll remove the reference.
7. Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party platforms like Stripe, Netlify, Supabase, Formspree, Google, and Meta. Those platforms have their own terms and we're not responsible for their uptime, pricing changes, policy changes, or account decisions. If a third-party platform suspends or changes your account, we'll help you navigate it but can't guarantee we can fix it.
8. No guaranteed results
We work hard and use proven methods, but results depend heavily on you and your market. Any forward-looking numbers, ROI calculators, or projections on our site are illustrative, not promises. Past client results don't predict your future results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost leads, lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption) arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services is capped at the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadRallyPros from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or platform terms of service)
- Any content, claims, or offers you instruct us to include on your landing pages, ads, or follow-up messages
11. Termination
By you: You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time. One-time setups are non-cancelable after work has begun (see Refunds).
By us: We may suspend or end your service if you:
- Miss payments after a reasonable grace period
- Violate these Terms
- Use our services for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes
- Behave abusively toward our staff or other clients
On termination, your access to our ongoing management ends immediately, but you keep the assets you paid for (landing pages, CRM data, domain).
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing any lawsuit, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute directly in good faith for at least 30 days.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "Effective date" at the top. For material changes, we'll email active customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of our services after the change means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, cancel before the effective date and these Terms will end with no further obligation.
