Privacy Policy

LeadRallyPros ("we," "us," "our") builds lead-generation systems for local service businesses. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We try to say it plainly — no legalese tricks.

1. What we collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill out a form on our site, book a call, email us, or sign up for a service, you may provide:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL
• Business details: service type, service area, monthly lead volume, goals, current tools
• Payment details: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
• Anything else you tell us in a message, call, or onboarding form

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page
• Usage data: which pages you visit, what you click, how long you stay
• Cookies and similar tech (see the Cookies section below)

Information from third parties

If you interact with our Facebook, Instagram, or Google ads, those platforms share engagement data with us (clicks, form-fills, conversions). We may also look up publicly available business information (Google Business Profile, your website) to prepare proposals.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Deliver the services you paid for — build your funnel, set up your CRM, send follow-up sequences, etc.
• Contact you about your account, project, or service
• Process payments and send receipts
• Respond to your questions or support requests
• Send marketing emails about our services (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Improve our website and offerings based on usage patterns
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, full stop.

3. Who we share with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business. Each of them has their own privacy policies you can review:

• Stripe — processes all payments. Stripe's privacy policy
• Netlify — hosts this website. Netlify's privacy policy
• Formspree — delivers form submissions to our inbox. Formspree's privacy policy
• Supabase — stores lead data in our CRM. Supabase's privacy policy
• Google — analytics, ads, and business tools. Google's privacy policy
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and conversion tracking via the Meta Pixel. Meta's privacy policy

We may also share information if legally required (court order, subpoena, fraud investigation) or as part of a business sale or merger. If ownership changes, we'll notify you before your data is transferred.

4. Cookies & tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar tracking tech for:

• Essential cookies — keep the site working (session handling, form submissions)
• Analytics cookies — help us see what's working and what isn't (Google Analytics)
• Advertising cookies — let us show relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to people who visited the site (Meta Pixel, Google Ads)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work correctly. You can opt out of Facebook's ad tracking in your Facebook ad preferences and Google's in Google Ad Settings.

5. Data retention

We keep your information as long as:

• You're an active customer or prospect
• Needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements (usually 7 years for financial records)
• Needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

When you ask us to delete your data (see next section), we will — subject only to the legal retention rules above.

6. Your rights

You can:

• Access — request a copy of what we have about you
• Correct — ask us to fix anything inaccurate
• Delete — ask us to remove your data (except what we must keep by law)
• Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us
• Object — tell us to stop using your data for a specific purpose

7. Children's privacy

Our services are for business owners 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email josh@leadrallypros.com and we'll delete it.

8. State & international rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have additional rights to know what categories of personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your data. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

European residents (GDPR)

If you're in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. We currently serve businesses in the United States — if you're outside the US and submit a form, the data will be stored and processed in the US.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "Effective date" at the top. For significant changes, we'll email active customers. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
